The M Group Interiors, of which Mr. Cohen is the founder and the principal, specializes in residential Interior Design.

Once again Mr. Cohen's work; whether being a first home, a formal estate or a modern loft; has been recognized for its timeless, classic style with a unique twist of character. Recent projects are soon to appear in Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles as well as other regional and national lifestyle magazines.

An important mission of The M Group Interiors is to contribute and enhance the lives of others in our communities. A portion of The M Group Interiors net earnings and time are given to charitable causes. We recently participated in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Societies’ show home in Wakefield Plantation and in the Children’s Alliance Christmas Show house in Atlanta raising money for both worthwhile organizations.

Recently, Mr. Cohen has designed and introduced a new collection of furniture. Called The Morganton Collection, it is named after a North Carolina town that is the epicenter of fine handcrafted solid wood furniture and is made entirely here in America.

This transitional collection consists of comfortable and family friendly upholstery and solid cherry bedroom and living room pieces all of which are finished with great care and detailing on all sides. A unique walnut finish (many other finishes are also available) and a combination of simple shapes takes the past and moves it forward.

To please a growing audience of people who love fine craftsmanship but who want design that transcends our changing aesthetics, Mr. Cohen brought new styling with excitement and versatility to add to the collections already produced by more traditional furniture makers. Mr. Cohen's hope is that this new American Style will rekindle the interest in American made furniture preserving jobs here in North Carolina and elsewhere in the USA.
